• Explore & target new business leads & opportunities in BPO Domain(US/EU/AUS Markets) through different channels.
• Responsible for generating leads, client response, follow up, bid preparation, bid analysis.
• Responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of leads and responding to RFI, RFPs/tenders etc.
• Preparing document for the development team and Client (Project scope) like Writing Proposal / Costing/ Negotiations/ documentation.
• Should be an expert in drafting and delivering presentation to international clients, having researched their business and requirement.
• Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare a detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, and negotiations, closing the sales and handing over the client to the delivery team.
• Able to communicate with clients and prepare convincing write-ups/messages.
• Candidate should be from BPO Background.
• Good knowledge of Overseas Market.
